OEM & PRIVATE LABEL ENQUIRIES

What is the typical production lead time?
Production generally takes up to 4 weeks following order confirmation. However, additional time may be required for printing and packaging preparation, depending on the complexity of the design and type of packaging. Printing work is typically completed in advance, approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of production.
Do you provide product samples?
Yes, we are pleased to offer complimentary product samples. Please note that shipping costs are not included. Samples can be arranged via DHL (billed directly to your account) or EMS, for which we will issue a separate invoice.
What does your OEM service include?
Our OEM service is based on our established product specifications. We also accommodate custom packaging requirements. All printing and packaging preparation must be completed prior to the commencement of production.
Can I use my own branding and packaging design?
Yes. Clients may provide their own designs, or we can assist with the design development. Any applicable design fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to order confirmation.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms for new orders are as follows:

• Printing and packaging: 100% advance payment, as this is processed through our printing vendor.
• Product: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 30% prior to container stuffing, and 20% against the Bill of Lading (BL).

For repeat orders, we accept payment by Letter of Credit (LC) at sight. We also support CIF, EXW, and FOB terms from Surabaya port.
Are your products certified?
Yes. All our products are certified by Sucofindo Indonesia, a certification widely accepted internationally. We also provide Phytosanitary Certificates issued by the Ministry of Forestry, along with PEB and Certificate of Origin (COO) documentation.
Can I view previous client packaging or designs?
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects. As such, we are unable to share previous designs or packaging samples from other clients.
Do you assist with shipping and export documentation?
Yes. We can support export documentation and offer flexible shipping terms, including CIF, EXW, and FOB from Surabaya port.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum order is 1 × 20ft container per product. For OEM / private label orders, minimum quantities may vary depending on packaging complexity — please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Which countries do you currently export to?
We currently export our coir and coconut-based products to buyers across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. If you don't see your country listed, please reach out — we are happy to discuss shipping options to your location.
What happens if products arrive damaged or don't meet the agreed specifications?
Please contact us immediately with photos and details upon receipt. Claims for damaged or non-conforming goods are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with the agreed purchase terms, and resolved through replacement, credit, or another mutually agreed solution.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via bank transfer (T/T) for standard orders. For repeat orders, we also accept Letter of Credit (LC) at sight. Please refer to our payment terms above for the required deposit and balance schedule.
How long can the product be stored, and how should it be stored?
Our coir products should be stored in a dry, covered area away from direct moisture. When stored properly, compressed coir blocks and bagged products maintain their quality for an extended period prior to use.
Can you accommodate specific import or certification requirements (e.g., fumigation, ISPM 15)?
Yes. We can accommodate common export requirements such as fumigation certificates and ISPM 15-compliant packaging upon request. Please inform us of any specific import requirements for your destination country when placing your order so we can prepare the necessary documentation.
